test: Port 10 more prysk tests to pure Rust (#12051)
## Summary
- Ports 10 prysk integration tests to Rust: `force`, `missing-tasks`,
`graph`, `unnamed-packages`, `absolute-path-error`,
`allow-no-root-turbo`, `no-root-turbo`, `passthrough-args`, `engines`,
and `global-env`.
- Moves `replace_turbo_json` helper into shared `common/mod.rs` for
reuse across test files.
- Deletes the 10 corresponding `.t` files.
42 new Rust tests total across 10 files. Highlights:
- `force_test.rs` covers the full 12-case matrix of `TURBO_FORCE` env
var x `--force` flag interactions.
- `global_env_test.rs` tests cache invalidation from env vars including
the THASH deprecation path and `VERCEL_ANALYTICS_ID`.
- `absolute_path_error_test.rs` uses the Unix turbo-config variants
directly (the Windows-specific configs are only needed for the `msys`
prysk shell, not Rust).
