chore(lint): fix autofixable lint violations and warnings (#6234) This is the result of: 1. Remove all the rules in docs/eslintrc.cjs that were turned down to `warn` 2. `pnpm -F docs lint --fix` 3. Add back rules that are still failing with `warn`
