docs: generate blog release OG images (#10936)
### Description
Generating our OG images for release blog posts from code. This matches
our latest style, and updates our old OG images to the new style.
### Testing Instructions
I went through each blog post to make sure everything is as expected.
- Newest blog posts are unchanged.
- Old blog posts are updated to the new style.
- Posts with custom OG images continue to use custom.
