Fix integration test help text to match actual CLI output
- Remove [possible values: grpc, http-protobuf] from protocol lines (not shown in short help)
- Remove trailing spaces from protocol description lines
- Add --experimental-otel-interval-ms flag to all help sections
- Fix blank line formatting in expected output
