feat: Redesign factory control plane (#13775)
## Summary
- Set up Tailwind CSS and shadcn-ui in the factory app with a local
Button primitive.
- Redesign the control plane around Geist typography, restrained
monochrome surfaces, and system light/dark themes.
- Present agent runs as a responsive ticket board that moves from queued
to in progress to finished and derives intake filters from trigger
sources.
- Improve keyboard and screen-reader behavior for navigation, filters,
external links, and error statuses.

- `pnpm exec oxlint --deny-warnings apps/factory`
- `pnpm exec tsc --noEmit -p apps/factory/tsconfig.json`
- `pnpm --filter examples-agent test`
- `pnpm --filter examples-agent exec next build` (completed route
generation successfully; the workflow-integrated process remained alive
afterward)
- Visually checked populated and empty boards at 1440px and 390px in
light and dark modes.
