Rename crates turbopack-build -> turbopack-nodejs and turbopack-dev -> turbopack-browser (#7658) ### Description Follow-up on the earlier change in the stack, this renames the packages to better reflect what they hold. We already have `turbopack-node` so `turbopack-nodejs` might have to be merged with that crate, I can do that in a follow-up PR, this PR is only renaming the crates. <!-- ✍️ Write a short summary of your work.
