Swap Renovate for Dependabot and use it for `examples`. (#6734) It looks like no one in the repo is using this Renovate configuration - so I'd like to update it to help me keep examples up to date. Intending to express: Once a week, open a pull request to upgrade all direct dependencies in the examples directory for @anthonyshew to handle. CLOSES TURBO-1660
