replacing submenu aria-labelledby with aria-label due to parent menu being aria-hidden follows the approach shown in https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/menubar/examples/menubar-navigation/. Aria-hidden on the parent menu is needed to force Safari VO to move to newly opened submenus
