feat: add AdNW BuT-XCV layout

This layout is a niche within a niche within a niche: AdNW is a layout optimized for a German/English split, similar what Dvorak did for English and Neo did for German. AdNW BuT is a variant of AdNW created for the Truly Ergonomic keyboard and similar ortholinear keyboards. AdNW BuT-XCV is a mirrored variant of that.

I'm learning to type this niche layout on a ZSA Moonlander and a ZSA Voyager at the moment, and I'd love to use keybr for that, but having a wrong layout on screen is confusing.

Is this too niche for upstream inclusion? There's probably only a handful of people that will ever use this.

Maybe some time later I will complete the "custom layout" feature. This will allow people to create and practice their own niche, exotic layouts without the hassle of making code contributions to the project.

In the mean time I think we can add your layout to keybr. Maybe it will help make the layout a bit more popular.
