ui : badge a repo's draft once
The args of a loaded model and the listing of a cached one report the same draft
in different words, one with the file's quant and one with the kind alone, so
the merge kept both and a repo row showed the same kind twice. The badges merge
per kind now, the args one winning as it knows the quant, and the test pins both
sources of a real repo.
