Handle empty system messages in preprocessing and OpenAI endpoint Added logic to strip initial system messages with empty content during message preprocessing and normalized preprompt handling in the OpenAI endpoint. This prevents sending empty system prompts to providers and ensures preprompts are only prepended or inserted when non-empty.
