[RISCV] Rewrite vlseg tests to avoid riscv.tuple.extract [nfc] (#151003) Motivated by https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/150049, we can directly return the tuple instead of extracting one segment. (I wrote a quick script to rewrite these; this wasn't done by hand.)
