[flang][Lower] Reassociate sums before kind conversion
Part 4/6 of generalisations of #207377.
Handle one REAL or COMPLEX kind conversion around an eligible sum.
Keep conversions embedded in mixed-kind trees ineligible, this will
later be handled by recursive expression rewriting.
This patch has no known effect on benchmarks.
