Fix objcopy version detection (#82774)
By extending regex to match any character other than not just version
On Ubuntu version string looks as follows:
```
$ objcopy --version
GNU objcopy (GNU Binutils for Ubuntu) 2.30
```
And on some CentOSes it looks as
```
$ objcopy --version
GNU objcopy (GNU Binutils) 2.37
```
