Update model_ops.yaml (#82444)
update production ops (7/28). This is only for calculating mobile op test coverage.
Meta employee can update it using
```
python test/mobile/model_test/update_production_ops.py ~/fbsource/xplat/pytorch_models/build/all_mobile_model_configs.yaml
```
