Update Redis Cache example with stabilized API (#60800)
This pull request updates the `cache-handler-redis` example with a
stabilized API. The updated `next.config.js` now uses the stable
`cacheHandler` option instead of the
`experimental.incrementalCacheHandlerPath`.
