Report route templates and params with real param names
Prefer data transparency over rename-stable log continuity in router
transition events: templates render dynamic segments in their source
notation (/blog/[slug]) instead of positional holes (/blog/:1), and
params are keyed by param name instead of positional arrays. This
deletes the per-branch hole numbering and positional join rules.
