Outlook appModule: Provide an OutlookWordDocument NVDAObject overlay class where ever a WordDocument NVDAObject is used in Outlook. This class forces the use of the browse mode treeInterceptor for word documents if this document is for a message that has been sent (includes one that has been sent to the user). In other words, browse mode will be used when reading emails, but not writing them.

MS Word browse mode implementation: Clean it up a bit by moving some code in to a specific BrowseModeWordDocumentTextInfo which removes the need for a custom makeTextInfo and a few other oddities, such as forcing includeLayoutTables in makeTextInfo etc.

MS Word document browse mode support: only report layout tables if the user's browse mode setting allows it. Note that currently layout tables in MS Word are defined as tables who's borders.enable is False.

MS Word treeInterceptor: inherit from BrowseModeTreeInterceptor so that it is possible to switch to focus mode, and so that passThrough changes are reported.

MS Word document NVDAObject: provide a treeInterceptor that allows moving through a word document by line in a much more predictive way. I.e. move across tables etc. Useful for navigating HTML messages in Outlook. This treeInterceptor is not created by default though, NVDA+space must be pressed to activate it for now.

MS Word document TextInfo: Position_last tried to use range.moveEnd wdStory, but this never worked. Instead use range.endOf wdStory.
