MS Word document next and previous paragraph scripts: use MS Word's own range.move wdParagraph rather than our move method as our one may call document.characters.count which can take more than 10 seconds on large documents. Fixes #4375

MS Word document TextInfo: when lazily fetching table row/column header text for control fields, catch IndexError when looking up the first cell on an MS Word range object, as if the range is on an end-of-cell mark or not in a table, this will fail. Fixes #4423

MSHTML NVDAObjects: Only make objects witha role of document into a Body object if its HTML uniqueNumber matches its document's body's uniqueNumber. this ensures that framesets in framesets are not accidentially classed as Body -- causing them to get their own virtualBuffers etc.

Excel support: cell.currentRegion fails if the sheet is protected. Therefore where it is used (fetchHeaderCellText) catch the error and return None. Auto column/row header reading won't work, but at least the sheet will be still usable. Fixes #4409
